Sinds februari 2023 zag deze Vlaamse L&D podcast het licht. Podcast host is Els Minner, founder van Room Without A Roof (waaronder ook De Opleidingscoach zit), dat staat voor ' er is geen grens aan persoonlijke ontwikkeling'. Ze gaat in gesprek met L&D professionals of andere gastsprekers die hun eigen(zinnige) kijk hebben op leren en ontwikkelen.

Deze podcast kwam er een aantal maanden geleden bij in het L&D podcast landschap. David James gaat elke week in gesprek met een industry leader in ons vakgebied. Het ideale moment om de guru’s achter bekende boeken uitgebreid aan het woord te horen.
